The Mediterranean Ristorante "San Daniele" was founded in 2001 by Silvano Bier and Thea Nurtsch. Designed entirely according to Silvano's taste, each room has been lovingly furnished with a different theme. This is how guests find their love for golf, Formula 1 and good wine perpetuated on the walls and in the decoration of the Italian restaurant. The name of the Ristorante quickly fell on "San Daniele" - why? Quite simply: Silvano grew up near this Italian town and wants to express his love and solidarity with his homeland.
For six years now, Silvano has withdrawn from active business. As a wine lover, however, he still has an eye on the selection of fine wines in the "San Daniele". Today the Risorante is continued by his former partner Thea Nurtsch according to his philosophy. Together with an experienced team, she always tries to make a stay at the "San Daniele" an experience for every guest.
The Ristorante, which also houses a pizzeria, an ice cream parlor and a vinotheque, can accommodate 170 guests. On warm days, a large sun terrace with seating for up to 130 guests invites you to enjoy the freshly prepared dishes in the open air. An adjoining room, individually variable in size, can be rented for celebrations and conferences.
